Base Camp

As you drive into the Base Camp, you are greeted by a long tree-lined drive and enter an open field with beautiful mountain views and this striking white barn. The barn home is a custom Timberlyne design.

The white barn's carefully crafted exterior has various custom features, creating visual interest. These include two cupolas, a second-story deck, windows, and a full-view garage door, which allows visitors to take in the beautiful, lush landscape on the property.

Look inside—this party barn has a fun and welcoming aesthetic! On the main floor, you'll find a large gathering space with an Americana nostalgic theme. Unique antiques showcased on the walls and shelves add a fun touch to the space. Complete with a full kitchen, multiple tables for dining, and a comfortable sitting area with buffalo plaid couch cushions, this barn is a great place to entertain.

The barn's lean-tos create added space for entertainment and guests. One has a rec room for games, and the opposite has a bedroom, bunkroom, bath, entry, and staircase that takes you to the loft.

The staircase takes you up into the dormer, featuring a bank of windows, adding beautiful natural light to the space. Once in the loft, you'll find a great room, sitting area, kitchen, and dining. This space touts a more rustic-modern theme incorporating mountain touches through Aztec patterns, statement lighting, and a herd of bison metal wall sculptures on the wall. A bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room are down the hall from the living space. This loft is perfect for overnight guests to feel right at home with all the necessary amenities.
