Airplane Hangar

These barn owners creatively adjusted a 46'x60' Great Plains Eastern Horse Barn to meet their needs by transforming the space into an Airplane Hangar and Party Barn. The front of the barn is stunning, with a walkout deck at the peak. Open the bifold overhead door, and you'll find the owner's plane perfectly parked in its allotted space in the barn. A workbench to the side provides the necessary space for plane maintenance and upkeep.

Continue your walk through the main level, and you'll find a commercial kitchen perfect for baking and grill preparation for a large group. Head to the back of the barn and find a gardener's dream space. The garden room features a wall of windows, letting the light cascade in to feed the various plants and flowers. This sunroom is a great working space; anybody with a green thumb can imagine themselves potting plants, arranging bouquets, drying herbs, and propagating.

Step outside to the patio, where you'll find abundant seating for friends and family. The owners created a space surrounded by lush landscape, making this a truly magical space. The green plants perfectly complement the warm timber of the barn, and the twinkling fairy lights top off this enchanting outdoor space.

The multi-level loft adds space for entertaining guests with dining space when the weather doesn't allow for enjoying the patio space. The loft also has an office nook perfect for reading and writing. Not only does the front of the barn have a deck, but the second level has a lookout deck, allowing visitors to step outside and take in the views from two sides of this beautiful barn.
